Repairable system with three-state is one of the important system in the repairable studies.It has got more and more attention for its scientific and practicality.The repairable with multiple delay vacations,different components and components with more than one state is relatively common.Reliability indices are obtained by using supplementary variable method,the method of generalized Markov progress.This article mainly aims at the three components of the mechanic multiple delay vacations series-parallel were studied.Firstly,assuming that part 1 and part 2 series,part 3 cold redundant,mechanic can be multiple vacations.The working life of the three parts and the repairman vacation time both obey exponential distribution.To geometric maintenance of unit 1,repair of part 2 and 3 is like new.Part 1 in part 3 has a priority.By using supplementary variable method,the Laplace transform,reliability indices of the system are derived,including system reliability,availability,the probability of mechanic furlough and so on.Secondly,part 1 and part 3 series,cold redundant parts 2 do part 1.The working life of the parts 1,2 and repair time both obey the geometric,part 3 obey exponential distribution and the repairman vacation time obey the general continuous distributions.By using the geometric process theory and the method of generalized Markov progress,reliability indices are obtained,including system reliability,instantaneous reliability,the Laplace transform and so on.Lastly,part 2 and part 3 series,and then with parts 1 parallel system.Each part has two types of failure state,the repairman can multiple delay vacations.The working life of the three parts and the delay vacation time of the mechanics both obey exponential distribution.Three parts of repair time and the repairman vacation time obey different general continuous distribution.The reliability indices of systematic steady-state availability,instantaneous reliability,the probability of mechanic furlough and the probability of system in unattended condition are obtained by using supplementary variable method,the Laplace transform and other math tools.
