"Digital City" is the trend of today's urban informatization construction,information science support, urban GIS system has been developing rapidly, has obtained a certain degree of application in various administrative departments of the city of Dongguan City, based on the government departments to vigorously digital city development opportunities, promote the traditional office model to improve the low efficiency of the process cumbersome situation, proposed the establishment of Dongguan digital geo-spatial framework is imperative.Firstly, the "Digital City" as the entry point, on the basis of three-dimensional urban reality on the analysis of the characteristics of the research background and the three-dimensional model, and proposed research of this subject significance Dongguan digital development of major significance; secondly, detailed It introduced the now mature and popular 3D modeling software and modeling technology, and it made a comparative analysis, and proposed performance requirements and accuracy requirements herein 3D city building, based on the study, presented in this paper, the digital city three-dimensional modeling and optimization technology roadmap expressive effects model; then, detailing StampGIS 3D platform features 2D and 3D integration technology, rapid prototyping technology, standardization model compiler technology and standardized classification model for compiling and storing data technology and other areas to explore in depth research; and finally, details of three-dimensional design of the overall system, including the overall architecture design, system network architecture, function module design and database design aspects, and in three-dimensional structures on a digital geo-spatial framework Dongguan service platform, the establishment of Dongguan City, three-dimensional geological disaster management systems and integration of 2D and 3D digital community integrated business system.According to the model proposed architecture, this paper will be the integration of 2D and 3D technology used in digital geo-spatial framework to build in Dongguan,the establishment of integrated business systems and system integration of 2D and 3D digital StampGIS-based three-dimensional geological disasters in Dongguan City, and implements data storage management integration, display integration, analysis integration, service integration and other functions, the establishment of the platform will provide greater convenience for Dongguan future management and research work,but also has great practical value.
