With rapid developing By using traditional survey method ,we can get the DEM of the research area and carry out ground surface deformation monitoring. Traditional survey method include geometrical leveling, triangular survey, trilateration survey,traverse survey and baseline method survey etc. The instrument we normally use including Auto Level, Theodolite, Distance meter ,Total Station and GNSS etc, so we are still using the traditional survey methods more often now. The advantage of the traditional survey methods is we can give full play to the existing instrument, and get high accuracy surveying data, the disadvantage is all the measuring points must be intervisible(GNSS don't need),field work period is long, workload is massive,labor and material are very high, however, we only can get some discrete point and line surveying data, what is more, it is very hard to carry out traditional survey in some harsh or dangerous area such as mountain area, desert and polar region.Global Positioning System(GNSS),using the geologic data base system bulit by the integrated technology of continuous static survey monitoring for water line movement and clinometer monitoring for deep movement ,it is most economic and reasonable way for saving ,processing, using and directly show disaster information effect. The Er Langchang town of GuLin county in the article is a frequent geologic disaster area in many years, planning and sewer line in the disaster activity increasingly more,accumulated massive geologic disaster data,but due to the rapid increase of the geologic disaster data,the traditional evaluation method can not use those data very efficiently. In order to know the regular pattern of upstream deep soil change of landslide body and offer forewarning information in time,so that we can manage more efficiently in the future,the forewarning system can reduce the people's damage of landslide disaster.his article is divided into three parts:This paper first introduces the surface water level displacement, deep displaceme nt, pore water pressure, rainfall of four monitoring methods, the use of GNSS, multi s ensor integrated monitoring principle,Improvements compared to traditional monitori-ng methodsand through the examples to illustrate the problem of GNSS and multi-sen sor combination points,obtain a variety of monitoring data?Based on the cloud data model data center, J2EE as the core architecture, combin ed GNSS, multi-sensor technology, designed to provide a wide range of integrated bu siness management platform.The methods of data reading, analysis and output are bri efly described,and a full range of monitoring views are constructed to realize automat ic data collection and data diversification.The integrated use of the natural disaster monitoring and early warning systems e ngineering application in order to monitor data based on some of the features of the sy stem and display applications made to obtain a value for the effectivemonitoring user monitoring to verify the reliability of the system...
