Benthic flux chamber is an equipment used for measuring exchange flux at the sediment-water interface.In contrast to the traditional laboratory incubation,with the support of essential hardware units(sampler,benthic chamber,stepper motor,microcontroller),a new-style benthic flux chamber with the advantage of self-adaptive stirring in present thesis is designed to realize relatively accurate measurement.Present thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter discusses this study's reason,its research significance and points out the problem.Furthermore,explain the contests and research objective.The second chapter expatiates the hardware design of the benthic flux chamber and the realization of the main modules.The third chapter expounds the software system design,including main program and subsystems.The forth chapter describes the flume experiment including the self-adaptive stirring and every function module. |
