Internationally,the study and observation of in-situ cultivating equipment for benthic oxygen consumption process have been carried out for more than 30 years.But the ocean observation technology has a weak foundation and starts late in our country.The domestic observation of dissolved oxygen consumption process of organic matter in seawater is mainly limited to the laboratory simulation experiment.No matter how to develop technology,laboratory simulation experiment is almost impossible to accurately recreate the natural environment of the scene.In short,it is very urgent and meaningful to develop of in-situ cultivating equipment for benthic dissolved oxygen consumption process.Based on the solution of the above issue,in this paper an in-situ cultivating equipment for benthic dissolved oxygen consumption process is designed,and the equipment is comprised of cultivating vessel,electronic control module,underwater motor,seawater measuring sensors and mechanical structure module,which has a function of observing dissolved oxygen consumption process and in-situ cultivation.The main work and achievements of paper are as follows:1.The paper has put forward a set of programs about designing in-situ cultivating equipment.2.In the design,it is related to sealing requirement and corrosion resistance requirement,so we must think over carefully that how to choose materials,and calculate the strength of materials.3.Based on the analysis of controlling stepper motor,we have completed hardware circuit design of two phase hybrid stepping motor,and introduce hardware circuits of main modules in detail.4.Based on hardware circuit,we have finished software programming of controlling system.Finally,the whole system is debugged and can work reliably.5.Performance tests have been carried out in the Xiangshan harbor.Through an analysis of environmental parameter data of seawater,the results show that the in-situ cultivating equipment has a good performance.6.The paper introduces time series analysis in engineering application,and establishs time series model.Finally,we can use the model to predict trends of dissolved oxygen in a short time.
