Nowadays, the Management Information Service(MIS)has been widely used in mobile communication, such as service operation and maintaining, status statistics, decision support and so on,and the operating efficiency can be promoted significantly. However, the current system could hardly satisfy the real demands since the rapid expanding of the mobile service, especially for the applications in temporal-spatial geography. Therefore,a convenient, intelligent and intuitive platform is urgently needed to make daily work more favorably. For this purpose, according to the present service status of Long Nan Mobile Company,we introduced the design of an analysis and demonstration platform for mobile service based on the GIS technique,as well as the prototype system and testing. The main contents include:1.A Web service demonstration system model has been incorporated into the SIS environment based on DB2 database and using SQL and JAVA;2.A special webpage editor is established for the system, which realizes concise design of service demonstration, attributing the field name and data source for various controls on the page. Thus, the writing permission and character data of the control can be easily identified when the process resolving program is loading the work page.3.The transfer processes of various service demonstrations are analyzed in detail to show the controllable of the system. The research results show that the system has good adaptability and can meet the needs of geographic visualization of mobile business. Moreover,it can promote the actual production with convenient operation and considerable economic benefits.
