Spectroscopic techniques have a good effect on the detection of mineral species and the detection of plant growth.The growth status of plants is affected by the geographical environment in which they are located,especially related to soil and potential mineralized elements.Usually metal elements maintaining the normal growth of plant are mainly from the soil or the mother rock.The spectral curves of plant leaves have significant spectral differences with other soils such as soils and water bodies.The absorption and reflectivity characteristics of plant leaves spectral curves are controlled by their chemical characteristics and ecological characteristics.The characteristics of plant leaves spectral curves is closely related to the plants' growth conditions.Through analyzing the intrinsic relationship between the subtle changes of plant leaf reflection spectrum and the content of metal elements in plant leaves,it can confirm the spectral reflectance characteristics of plant leaves under the action of metal stress,and provide the technical support for exploring the hidden mineral deposits in high vegetation coverage area.In this paper,the study area is Geza Island arc Mining Area of Zhongdian.The paper analyses the development and health conditions of plants in different geologic backgrounds.After selecting the dominant plant types in the area,the writer analyzes the spectral characteristics of the dominant plant leaves,explore the relationship between the spectral characteristics of plant leaves and the content of elements in leaves of plants under different geological backgrounds,and establishes the inner link between the vegetation index of characteristic bands and the content of metal elements in plant leaves.There are some differences in the spectral reflectance of the leaves of the pine,fir,alpine oak and alpine rhododendron in the range of 0.35 ~ 2.5 ?m in and out of the mining areaIn the range of 0.68 ~ 0.76?m,the spectral curves of the leaves of Pinus tabulaeformis and Quercus variabilis were "red shift",while the spectral curves of the fir and alpine rhododendron were "blue shift".There is small difference of the positional parameters of the spectral parameters corresponding to the spectral parameters of the volcanic oak plant in the spring ore field.The spectral reflectance of the purple valley,blue edge,green peak,yellow edge,red valley,red edge and red shoulder of the spectral curve of the oak plant grown on the ore body is generally higher than that of the rock and the porphyry.The spectral reflectance of the purple-valley,blue-edge,green-peak,yellow-edge and red-valley of the plant leaf spectrum growing on the rock mass is generally higher than that of the porphyry.The contents of Cu,Pb,Zn,Mo,W,Fe and Ti in the leaves of alpine,rhododendron and fir plants in the center of Hongshan mining area are higher than that in the leaves of similar plants of the peripheral mining area.The enrichment of the contents of Cu,Mo,Ag,W is better,which is closely related to the geological environment of Hongshan mining area.The barrier coefficient of Cu,Mo,Ag and W elements in alpine willow is smaller.In the Hongshan mining area,the alpine will have a good indication effect on the "hidden" ore bodyThe response relationship between global vegetation water index(GVWI),water stress index(MSI)and vegetation water index(PWI)on plant leaf element abnormality were close,based on the favorable enrichment effect and water sensitive vegetation index of Hongshan mining area.The positive anomalies of Cu,Zn and W in the leaves of Hongshan mining area have a good response to the vegetation water index(PWI),and their correlations were 0.75,0.76 and 0.74 respectively.The global vegetation water index(GVWI)has a high correlation with the abnormal coefficient of Fe,and its correlation is-0.75.Vegetation water index(PWI)and water stress index(MSI)were negatively correlated with the negative anomalies of Mo and Pb in plant leaves,and their correlations were-0.77 and-0.91.The response of soil reflectance index(SR1)and anthocyanin reflex index(ARI2)to Cu,Zn,Mo,Pb and W are the best,and the response mechanism is opposite.The positive correlation coefficient of Fe element in leaves is higher than that of SR1,SR2,NDPI1,ARI2,RVI II,GNDVI2,PSNDb,and NDVI2.It indicates that there is more than one element that will influence the vegetation characteristic curve,and the spectral curve of vegetation index Changes are subject to a variety of elements of the common constraints.
