Panxi area is an important mineralization base of vanadium and titanium magnetite in China.It is one of the main iron ore bases in China.The ore reserves account for about 15 percent of China's total iron ore reserves.The minerals in the Panxi area deposit mainly contain iron,vanadium and titanium,and are accompanied by abundant rare dispersing elements such as scandium(Ge),gallium(Ga),niobium(Nb),and cobalt(Co),nickel(Ni)and platinum group elements(PGE).In this paper,seven deposits in Panxi area are studied: Panzhihua,Hongge,Baima,Xinjie,Hegutian,Anning and Taihe,mainly studied the distribution and enrichment of rare and dispersed elements in vanadium-titanium magnetite.(Sc),gallium(Ga),vanadium(V),chromium(Cr),cobalt(Co),nickel(Ni)and platinum group elements(vanadium(PGE))are the main elements that can be synthetically used in vanadium and titanium magnetite PGE).Germanium(Ge),indium(In),cadmium(Cd)because of the low content,does not have comprehensive utilization value.The niobium(Nb)and tantalum(Ta)orebodies are mainly found in alkaline rocks,and are separated from the vanadium-titanium magnetite.The content of niobium and tantalum in the vanadium-titanium magnetite is very low.Use does not have comprehensive utilization value.Scandium is mainly enriched in pyroxenite,the content of iron ore is generally very low,the beneficiation process mainly into the tailings;gallium and scandium,mainly concentrated in the magnetite,iron ore The contents of vanadium,cobalt and iron were significantly positive correlation,mainly concentrated in the iron ore,the content of iron and titanium oxide in the far Higher than the rock,in the process of mineral processing mainly into the iron ore;chromium,nickel is mainly concentrated in the bottom of the rock base of the ultra-basic rock(ore)stone,and iron,titanium relationship is not obvious,the mine content Changes in the large,iron titanium oxide content is generally greater than the rock.Nickel is mainly enriched in the bottom of the rock mass.Scandium is the most abundant mining area for the Xinjie mining area,followed by the Hongge mining area,enrichment of the rock type pyroxenite;gallium most concentrated mining area for the Panzhihua mining area,enrichment of the rock type is rich in magnetite The highest enrichment of vanadium is the Baima mining area,followed by the Panzhihua mining area,mainly concentrated in the iron ore;chromium is the most abundant mining area for the new street and the red grid mining area Cobalt is the most abundant mining area for the Hongge mining area and Panzhihua mining area,mainly concentrated in the iron ore;nickel is the most abundant mining area for the red grid mining area,followed by the white horse mining area and the new street mining area.In the Hongge mining area has found a number of independent nickel ore body,Xinjie mining area nickel mainly occurs in the bottom of the rock;platinum group elements of the most abundant mining area for the New Street and Hongge mining area.Separate platinum ore bodies have been circled in the New Street mine.Anning mining area in addition to vanadium slightly higher,there is a certain comprehensive utilization value,the other elements content is very low,comprehensive utilization value is not.The content of the related elements in the iron ore is not high,and the comprehensive utilization value is not significant.In addition,the content of scandium,chromium and nickel in the olivine pyroxenite is high.In this paper,based on the research of "Associated Scattered Elements in Vanadium and Titanium Magnetite in Panzhihua City",the soil samples of Panzhihua-Xichang area were fielded.A total of 94 samples were collected.From the regional geological background,Geological characteristics,geochemical characteristics of deposits and other aspects of the study of the deposits were studied,the rare dispersed elements in the deposit content and the occurrence of state and enrichment.And the main elements and trace elements of 94 samples were analyzed by ICP-MS.Based on the collected data and the results of this analysis,a comprehensive analysis was carried out to find out the basic characteristics of the distribution of rare and scattered elements in the red,Panzhihua,Baoma,Xinjie and Hegutian areas.What are the rare and scattered elements in the rocks and ores,and which are the most abundant elements in the mining area,and have the most comprehensive utilization value.The most promising mining elements and the most promising mining areas are selected.
