"Disperse elements" refers to a group of elements which are low-content in nature(typically 10-9 ~ 10-6),they exist in disperse state,rarely forming independent minerals,including Cd,Ge,Ga,In,Tl,Se,Te and Re.Dispersed elements are widely demanded and have strategic significance in many areas of the national economic construction.Huize Lead--Zinc mine is rich not only in lead and zinc but also in a variety of disperse elements.The Huize lead-zinc deposit is located in the in southern part of Sichuan-Yunnan-Guizhou polymetallic metallogenic domain in the southwest margin of Yangtze platform.It's controlled by Xiaojiang Deep Fault zone and Zhaotong-Qujing concealed fault zone on the area and locally controlled by Faults Kuangshanchang,Qilinchang and Yinchangpo.The orebodies is mainly deposited in the Baizuo Group(C1b)in the lower carboniferous series,they output in the way of vein,cryptomere,flat column,stockwork,and stratiform-like.Minerals are mainly granular and the ore is blocky.By Mineral Liberation Analysor(MLA)analysis,it is found that the main sulfide minerals are the sphalerite,galena and pyrite,there is a small amount of gratonite,boulangerite;the oxide minerals are the cerussite,smithsonite and hemimorphite.The main gangue mineral is dolomites and there is a small amount of barite and magnesium chlorite.The dispersed elements are mainly hosted in the sulfide minerals in the kind of isomorphism.By EMPA,ICP-MS,and LA-ICP-MS analysis,it is found that the Huize Lead-Zinc deposit is rich in Cd,Ge,Se,Te,In,Tl.The sphalerite is in rich of Cd,Ge,Se,Te,In,Tl and the content of Cd,Ge is up to industrial grade or comprehensivly utilized.Se can be comprehensivly utilized in galena.But no Ga enrichment.Fe,Cd,and Ge in the sphalerite mainly substitute Zn into the lattice,enriching in Cd and Ge.Se mainly substitute S into sphalerite.Other disperse elements enter into the sphalerite by replacing each other,such as the replacement of Te with Cd,In with the Fe,S,Se and Tl with Fe.There is the substitute relationship the other two groups of elements of In,Te and Zn,Ge,Ga,Se.These elements are probably replacing Pb in galena,Se may replace S into the galena.The content of Ge,Co,Fe,Cd and Mo in Sphalerite increases with the color deepened.Se,Tl contents have no obvious correlation with color.More Te enriched in sphalerite of light color.
