Research on Cambrian storm deposits in the Ordos basin is rare.based on the two measured outcrop profile,on the basis of methods of combining previous study of storm deposit, analysis the storm deposit in Ordos basin east and western margin.summarizes the corresponding storm deposit model.Enrich the geological date of Cambrian system in the study area and enrich the study of storm deposit.Review and analysis the regional structure ? tectonic evolution and regional stratigraphic sedimentary characteristics of Ordos basin, especially tectonic characteristics and regional stratigraphic features related of the east and west margin of Ordos basin;Cambrian the existing study of Cambrian stratigraphic division and stratigraphic characteristics of Ordos basin, combining with the measured profile according to sedimentology and analysis Cambrian lithology, sedimentary structure and paleontology of Hejin formation and Qinglongshan formation, then identify the marks of sedimentary facies and Micro-facies;combined with the profile of Cambrian strata,to identify a sign of storm deposits, and analysis the characteristics of storm rock, analyze the vertical sequence of the storm sedimentation.Based on the analysis of sedimentary facies,in combination with the sedimentary sequence of storm sedimentation, summarize the model of storm sedimentation.Through the analysis of the two Cambrian section storm deposit, the sedimentary environment of storm rock in hejin formation are mainly intertidal-subtidal zone, biological reef facies, shallow sea and open platform margin facies. The storm deposit of qinglongshan formation was developed in the shallow sea shelf and the shallow beach of the platform summarize nine kinds of storm sedimentary sequences.
