D0((?))?K+K-?+?- is not only a self-conjugate decay mode, but also a CP eigenstate.Firstly, the ? value of the CKM matrix can get from researching the decay of B+ ? D0((?))K+;in which the average strong phase of the D meson decay as a necessary input parameter is needed to be determined. Secondly, as a CP conjugate mode, D0 ? K+K-?+?- can eliminate extra parameters, which can make the results more accurate in the same amount of data.Based on 2.92fb-1 of ?(3770) data sample at BES? in 2010 and 2011, we obtained about 1450 events with about 13 percent background, which will be used for amplitude analysis.With the amplitude analysis of D0?K+K-?+?-, we have determined the main intermediate pro-cesses with their fit fractions and the corresponding intensity, phase, significance:In amplitude analysis, the fitting based on the CPU costs much time due to the complicated final state interaction and abundant intermediate processes in multi-body decay. So we also develop parallel computing code based on GPU, which improve the fitting time significantly.
