The exploration of matter never stopped since the beginning of time, So the discipline of particle physics was born in the last century. The main goal is to explore what the matter is composed of and the interaction. In the past decades, the standard model that describes strong, weak, and electromagnetic interactions, despite its great success, remains unexplained,such as the absence of dark matter, no perfect interpretation of neutrinos, and so on.So many new physical models have been developed.For example: TC2 model, double Higgs model. The study of B meson can be a good window for exploring of CP violation,test of the standard model, evidence of new physics. But because of the noneprtubative effects,the hadronic matrix elements cannot be calculated from the first principle, There are many approaches proposed phenomenologically.In this paper,starting from the low energy effective hamiltonian and generalized factor-ization, we studied Bs?VV decays under the framework of Standard Model and TC2 Model, evaluated the branching ratios, transverse polarization ratio and direct CP-violation,and found that:· The main correction of TC2 model is refleced in C7?,8g, even changing the sign;· A imaginary part is appeared in the effective Wilson coefficient, It is favor for the investigation of CP violation;· The corrections to branching ratio can be neglectd for tree dominatd mode, but the ones for penguin dominated mode must be included, even changing the order.· The large transverse polarization ratios can not be interpreted in the standard model using the QCDF, NF or GFA, and can not be interpreted in TC2 model by GFA;· The modification of TC2 model for direct CP violation in GFA is tiny.
