The ore-concentration area of Tengtiao-river is located in the southern of Ailao-mountain tectonic belt(?4)which is in the west of the integration of the Tangula-Lanpin-Simao massif(?4),the Yangtze continental block(?1)and active belt of south China(?2).East of the Honghe-fault lies Yangtze continental block and south China active belt(Youjiang fold belt).Ailao-mountain tectonic belt(jin epicontinental depression)is between Honghe fault and Tengtiao-river fracture,west of Tengtiao-river fracture is part of the Lvcun Lanpin-simao continental marginal arc belt.Predecessors have done researches deeply on different types of ore deposits in the ore-concentration area.They have studied the macro geological characteristics of the ore deposits and ore controlling factors,discussed the genesis of ore deposits preliminarily.However they didn't make a summary systematically on the metallogenic regularity of mineralization zone,and evaluate the prospect of ore concentration area comprehensively.This research consists of two parts,field investigation and indoor research.Field investigation includes geological research,geological mapping,ore recover,pit design and catalog,old adit catalog,system sampling(including basic sample analysis,portfolio analysis,rock-ore appraisal and soil samples,rock sample,spectral analysis,small weight,etc.),and some specific work like collecting data from joints,faults,folds,corrugation,taking a large amount of sketch and photos in field and so on.Indoor research focus on process data of rock light,joint and fault,etc with computer and experimental apparatus.In this research we have found out the metallogenic geological setting of ore concentration area,deposit features,metallogenic physical and chemical conditions and so on,and have maken further summary of the metallogenic regularity of mineralization area,divided the deposit into two categories: one is magmatic liquation copper and nickel sulfide ore deposit related to ariscan ultrabasic rock;the other is hydrothermal type gold(copper)polymetallic deposit related to variscan neutral rock,Himalayan alkaline and acidic dike.In the meantime we have built up the metallogenic model and prospecting model in the two kinds of ore deposits.three ? prospect areas have been zoned out in ore-concentration area,namely: the Au-Cu-Pb-Zn ore-forming prospect areas of Malutang-Santaipo-Gudixinza,Variscan-Himalayan(?-1),the Cu-Ni-Pb-Au metallogenic prospect areas of Baimazai-Songlinpo,variscan(?-2)and the Au-Cu-Pb-Ag-W mineralization vision area of Dapin(?-3).At the same time,eight prospecting target areas have been picked up,including three class A target areas,four class B target areas and one class C target area.
