Object: By blocking the sympathetic and suppling norepinephrine to detect expression of CD80,CD86,NF-?B in mouse uterine tissue,in order to explore the effect of sympathetic nerve to express CD80?CD86 and local immune in mice uterine.Method:(1)Sympathetic blocking experiments:50 Kunming female mice were randomly separated two groups:control group(A group,saline injection)and experimental group(B group,6-OHDA injection),mice of A group were intraperitoneally injected of 0.2 ml containing 0.01% ascorbic acid Sterilized saline at every morning 9:00,mice of B group were intraperitoneally injected of 0.2 ml containing 0.01% ascorbic acid dissolved in sterile saline in 6-OHDA at every morning 9:00,injection for five days,fifth day as D1,get mice uterus at D1?D3?D5?D9?D7 15:00.(2)NE group:the mice were divided into control group,low concentration NE group,middle concentration NE group and high concentration NE group.Were labeled as C,L,M,H.All experimental mice were intraperitoneally injected 6-OHDA at every morning 9:00 for 5 days to block Sympathetic.Since the last injection of 6-OHDA,C group mice at 9:00 every morning and evening sterilized saline 21:00 were injected into the peritoneal cavity of 0.2 ml,at the same time L group?M group and H group received intraperitoneal injection of 0.02 g NE?0.2 g NE? 2 g NE,injection for five days,get mice uterus at fifth day 15:00.Results:(1)compared with A group,CD80 protein and CD86 mRNA of mice in B group were at significant level(P<0.01)at D1,D5 of each factor were decline,reaching the level of the control group at D9;at the same time,the expression of endometrium was the highest?the perimrtrium was the lowest;the content of.NF-?B of B group was highly significantly increased(P<0.01)at D1 and D3,was significantly increased(P<0.05),reach the normal level at D7 and D9.(2)compared with the C group,CD80 protein and CD80 mRNA in L group and M group highly significantly reduced(P<0.01),one of the largest decreased is L group,while CD86 protein and CD86 mRNA in L group was highly significantly increased(P<0.01),one of the largest increased is M group;NF-?B of L group and M group were highly significantly reduced(P<0.01),one of the largest decreased is L group.Conclusion:(1)sympathetic nerve may inhibit the expression of CD80 and CD86.(2)sympathetic nerve may regulate the expression of CD80 and CD86 through the cAMP--PKA-NF-kappa B pathway.(3)NE has different effects on CD80 and CD86,and the effects of different concentrations are different.
