| The desalination technology is taken more attention to solve the problem of water shortage region,become a hot issue of water resources research.However,reverse osmosis desalination technology has become the mainstream choice due to its characteristics such as low investment and energy consumption.There is a great theoretical and applied significance to develop a new reverse osmosis desalination device of compact structure,high degree of automation,simple operation and convenient maintenance.First of all,this article discussed the main seawater desalination methods,development of reverse osmosis seawater desalination at home and abroad.Through the in-depth analysis and research on reverse osmosis desalination model,the basic equations for reverse osmosis are given.The process of reverse osmosis desalination appearing phenomenon of concentration polarization with its influence and several kinds of commonly used reverse osmosis process with its respective characteristics was also discussed.Based on the design demand of membrane system,the number of reverse osmosis membrane module and its arrangement was determined,and the feed pressure,temperature,salinity,recovery rate and pH impact on the working performance of the membrane module were analyzed.And then a simulation analysis and calculation on the change characteristics of the system with different feed pressure and temperature were given.Based on the design of membrane system,specific design of reverse osmosis desalination device was proposed.The device is made up of five parts: sea water,pretreatment,reverse osmosis units,energy recovery and post-processing.Finally,a series of experiment study and analysis of the reverse osmosis desalination device were carried out,and a lot of results,including the process characteristics and efficiency of energy recovery device were given.Based on the reverse osmosis desalination technology and energy recovery system,this study completed the design of reverse osmosis desalination device.The experiment shows that the system runs stably,which can be widely applied in the shipping industry and the system has a certain reference value. |
