The Study Of Geological Characteristics And Use Of Village Development Mianshan Qionglai Kaolin Mining Area

On the basis of collecting geological data and geological data of the mining area,this paper discusses the process performance and development and utilization of kaolin in the mining area through a lot of detailed geological work and laboratory test,and puts forward some feasible and feasible Direct or indirect development and utilization of recommendations for the Qionglai kaolin mining technology and development and utilization of the corresponding theoretical basis.The main results achieved and the following are:（1）Qionglai kaolin area is located in the Sichuan Basin and the eastern margin of the Qinghai-Tibet highland transition zone,for the Longmen Shan fault ridge strong erosion slope type mountain area.Which is part of the Longmenshan tectonic belt and is part of the Songpan and Longmenshan seismic zones.The kaolin-bearing strata are located in the middle of the Quaternary sedimentary facies(Q₂^fgl2),which is lamellar,lenticular and chicken.There is no regular dispersion of the ore-bearing layer in the mining area,and the ore body’s plane shape is irregular.Mine thickness 0.7～4.5m,the average thickness of 1.69m.It is estimated that the amount of kaolin ore in the mining area of Mianshan Village is 194,300 tons.（2）Based on the identification of the mineralogical and physical characteristics of Qionglai kaolin,this paper has found that the basic technological properties of the ore are better,the natural whiteness and the firing white are obtained through the comparison of the laboratory experimental data and the relevant standard standard values.The average value of ore is 50.62%,but it has strong plasticity（plasticity index 18.17%）and certain refractoriness（1600 ℃）.（3）According to the quality characteristics of ore,it is shown that the quality of kaolin ore is generally stable and can be used as the ceramic in the mining area of Manshui Village.Wolong Town,Qionglai City,Sichuan Province.Raw materials,refractory clay mines,the proposed construction of the project at the same time the development of the kaolin mine can be better to use resources.
