With the progress of science and technology,polymer materials in the chemical products production,medical drug research and development,environmental governance,and other fields are widely used.In order to guarantee the high polymer material performance meet the needs,the use of particle detection technology for performance monitoring of high polymer material analysis.At present,the development of a lot of particle testing methods and instruments,especially the light scattering technology,since it has the advantages of high measuring precision and high speed and has been widely used.This paper is to use light scattering technique to detect the second virial coefficient of the polymer solution,all parameters such as molecular weight,the mean square radius of turn.By studying the light scattering technology proposes a solution for this topic and build test platform.The main research content is as follows:1.The introduction of light scattering technology development present situation and the nature of the scattering phenomenon.Light scattering theory basis and Mie theory are introduced in details.Then raises the Mie theory of Rayleigh scattering theory,the approximate theory and analyzes the applicable conditions of the approximate theory.2.According to the principle of light scattering solution is put forward,which determine the Rayleigh scattering theory as the working principle of the system as a whole.Complete test system design,set up a set of light scattering measurement experimental platform in polymer solution features.3.Analysis,and verify that the system design scheme.Using PSpice respectively on the bandwidth of the photoelectric conversion circuit,by simulating the circuit noise and dc offset,verify the reliability of the experimental platform.The results show that the circuit characteristic frequency in more than 60 Hz,the output noise accelerated growth is obvious.Resulting from the static calibration of photoelectric conversion circuit: repeatability error is 2.81%,the hysteresis error is 2.81%.Check the sampling rate of the system can't more than 11 KHZ.Through the above work,guarantee the design each function module in the system can run normally.4.Finally,the experiment system has the function of each module,successfully won the second virial coefficient of polymer materials,the mean square radius of turn,all parameters such as molecular weight.
