GIS-Based Potential Analysis And Quality Evaluation Of Reserve Appropriate Construction Land In Fuzhou

Although China's land area ranks third in the world,but because of the large population,many people less real reality,to a large extent restricted our land development and utilization of construction.With the rapid development of industrialized urbanization and the increasing year by year,the demand for economic and social development will be increasing and the contradiction between man and land will become increasingly acute.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the reserve to construct the potential of the available land resources and evaluate the quality of the land resources.It is necessary to scientifically grasp the potential for the construction of suitable land for the purpose of planning and plan the land use needs of different industries in different regions and improve the policy of cultivated land protection.Positive practical significance.Based on the data of Fuzhou city land use database and socioeconomic data,this paper takes Fuzhou city as the research area,based on GIS technology,based on the "provincial main functional area division technical specification",using the stepwise calculation model to Fuzhou district(County)reserve suitable for the construction of available land resources for evaluation.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Fuzhou City,suitable for the construction of land resources available for the total area of 1006.38km2,per capita reserve suitable for the constuction of available land resources 0.2013 acres,suitable for the construction of land resources available for the lack of.The distribution of available land resources is not obvious.From the reserve suitable for the construction of the total area of available land resources,the reserve area suitable for the construction of the most available land resources is Fuqing City,the area is 283.53km2;the reserve is suitable for the construction of land resources,Area of 0.11km2.From the per capita reserve suitable for the construction of available land resources area,the per capita area of the largest area of Luoyuan County,per capita 0.7831 acres;per capita area of the smallest area for the Taijiang District,per capita 0.0004 acres.(2)From the altitude point of view,less than 500m reserve suitable for the construction of available land resources area of 904.17km2,accounting for Fuzhou reserve suitable for the construction of available land resources,the total area of 89.84%;The height of 500-1000m above sea level is 102.21km2,which accounts for 10.16%of the total area of land resources available in Fuzhou.(3)From the terrain slope,Fuzhou reserve suitable for the construction of available land resources are mainly distributed in 0-20 and 6-150 areas.The area of 0-20?2-60?6-150?15-250 is 332.93km2,95.37km2,339.25km2 and 238.83km2 respectively,accounting for 33.08%of the total area of land resources available in Fuzhou,9.48%,33.71%,23.73%,and the altitude of less than 500m are distributed in 0-20?2-60?6-150?15-250,respectively.33.02%,8.20%,27.54%,21.09%of the available land resources,Therefore,the land use resources suitable for the construction of Fuzhou are mainly distributed in 0-20 and 6-150 years below 500m,accounting for 60.56%of the total land area of Fuzhou.(4)Fuzhou City,suitable for the construction of land resources available for the quality of four,the quality of the main low.Among them,the area of 155.83km2,the total area of 15.48%;second area of 210.47km2,accounting for 20.91%of the total area;third area' of 355.21km2,the total area of 35.30%;Fourth area of 284.86km2,accounting for 28.31%of the total area.
