| The Hyla chinensis-group is separate from the H.arborea-group.For further confirm the valid species in the H.chinensis-group and the speciation of the H.chinensis-group,in this study, the systematics and biogeography of the H.chinensis-group were analyzed based on multiple genetic markers(mitochondrial genes:12S rRNA and ND1;nuclear gene:POMC).The samplings were collected from Dabie Mountains and Huangshan Mountains,we also combined other data from databases.By those data,we analyzed phylogenetic analysis used Maximum Likelihood(ML)and Bayesian Inference(BI)methods.Bayesian phylogenetic analysis and the maximum likelihood(ML)tree molecular phylogenetic tree with congruent topologies, six major clades. What’s more, all six clades were strongly supported. And this result may suggest that there are maybe exist six species in the H.chinensis-group.The species delimitation analysis also supported this resulets.Bayes factor delimitation(BFD)analyses got the BF>10,this result was supported that there were six species in the H.chin.ensis-group.Bayesian posterior probabilities(BPP)analysis showed that the probability values of six separate species higher than 0.95,which proved that the six species could be regarded as valid species.Divergence time estimation suggested that the most recent common ancestor(MRCA)of the H.chinensis-group dates back to the early Miocene, about 18.84 Mya.And we also implemented the ancestral area reconstruction analysis.Combined the results of the divergence time estimation and ancestral area reconstruction, the species in H.chinensis-group originated from Guangxi-Hainan,spread eastwardly and reached Nanling mountains,Wuyi mountains,Huangshan mountains and Taiwan.Spread westwardly and reached the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,Sichuan basin,Qinling mountains and Dabie mountains. In a word, the colonization pattern of the H.chinensis-group was related to the progressive uplift of the QTP and climate change. |
