Survey of rocky intertidal zone of QingBang Island was carried out in November,2015,January?May?August,2016.Results show that 30 species are identified to belong to 3 phylums and 21 genera,among which 10 speciesof 5 genera belong to Chlorophyta,10 species of 9 genera belong to Rhodophyta,and 10 species of 7 genera belong to Phaeophyta.The average biomass of benthic algae in the intertidal zone of Qingbang Island was 291.57 g/m2,and the average diversity index was 1.15±0.53.Based on the biological investigation of the intertidal zone of Qingbang Island during the four seasons,it is found that the biotype and biomass of the intertidal zone of Qingbankai are different in different seasons.The horizontal distribution,vertical distribution and seasonal variation of species and biomass of large benthic algae in the intertidal zone of Qingbang Island are related to the changes of environmental factors such as light,temperature,matrix wave and tidal current.First,it is the energy source of photosynthesis in plants,so it directly affects the production of organic matter in the ocean and the growth,reproduction,population distribution and the everchanging spatial and temporal distribution of large algae.Secondly,the temperature of seawater in the sea area can directly affect the photosynthesis and respiration efficiency of large seaweeds,thus indirectly acting on the growth,distribution and propagation of algae.then,large seaweed requires hard bottom attachment to provide a stable habitat,the attachment of the material,slope,slope,shape,size,surface roughness,surface sediment thickness and so on characteristics of large seaweed growth and space Distribution has an impact,Finally,large seaweeds are living in a certain degree of wave and tide in the biological groups,wave intensity and water movement will be large seaweed growth and distribution have a direct or indirect impact,too large or too small wave and flow conditions are not Conducive to the growth and distribution of large seaweed.The dominant species of algae are algae,coral algae,cinnamon,delicaca,petals,Sargassum fusiforme,palygrass,Ulva and Brassica napus.The study on the ecological distribution and dominant species of marine algae in Qingbang Island provides a reliable basis for the effective evaluation of the ecological environment of Qingbang Island intertidal zone,the sustainable development of Qingbang Island and the protection of marine living resources and further scientific research.Which can provide reference materials for the classification and identification of large seaweeds,and also help to explain the supply of bait in seaweed habitat and its conservation function of biological resources.Due to the development of marine economy and the development of island tourism in recent years,the marine biological resources of Qingbang Island have been declining and the environmental quality of sea area has decreased year by year.To understand the ecological distribution and dominant species of marine algae in Qingbang Island,we can provide the basis for the construction of artificial seaweed Artificial seaweed construction is one of the powerful measures to improve the ecological environment of coastal waters,reduce eutrophication,manage desertification and restore fishery resources.The seaweed ecosystem is one of the typical coastal ecosystems.Large seaweed absorbs and fixes and transfers the C,N and P elements in seawater to reduce the eutrophication of the waters,and form a variety of marine organisms.Stable small environment,to increase the biodiversity,the purpose of repairing fishery resources.The intensification of human economic activities leads to the increasing pollution of coastal environment,the decline of habitat ecological quality,the large area degradation or disappearance of algae field,and the catastrophic consequences on some algae aquatic species.The characteristics of habitat ecological process and the conservation of biological resources This paper mainly introduces a technique of constructing artificial algae habitat in the eastern part of Qingbang Island,which mainly focuses on the technology and construction of algae field construction and construction.In this paper,The required materials and its structure and function of the recent research progress.
