Ocean buoy is a kind of used to get Marine meteorology,hydrology,water quality,ecological and dynamic parameters such as floating type automatic monitoring platform,has the advantages of long-term,continuous,all-weather automatic observation,has a great significance of Marine forecast,disaster prevention and reduction,marine economy,Military activities at sea and other.The reason of the ocean buoys easily damaged or lost that bad weather in the sea,offshore fishery activities,destruction of individual man-made,it leads to the ocean buoy high operating costs,high long-term assignments risk.The device of remote monitoring and early warning is becoming a necessary technology to protect the safety of ocean buoy.The remote monitoring technology has been applied rail transportation,safety management,system of smart home,but ocean buoy application of the remote monitoring technology have a lot of problems of encounter range,transmission channel.Based on the specific functional requirements application of the ocean buoy,combining with the current image acquisition technology and the development of wireless data transmission technology,designs and realizes the remote monitoring and warning system of ocean buoy that a kind of combination of camera,magnetic sensor array,the infrared sensor array,image acquisition,image compression coding and wireless digital radio.The system takes the STM32F407ZET6 as the microprocessor,realizes to the human body target recognition through the infrared sensor LHI778,realizes to the hull target recognition through the magnetic sensor MicroMag3,and triggers the early warning mechanism.In the early warning mechanism,the image acquisition circuit collect image data of the camera OV2640 sensor,then transmit the image data to the remote receiver through the wireless data transmission station.At the same time the system uses the battery management unit,to reduce the power consumption of the system,so that the system can work for a long time.The whole system uses the modular design,has the characteristic of intelligence,low power consumption and so on.The system test and calibrate detection angle and distance of inare sensor,detection distance of magnetic sensor and the position of camera,and test communication distance and,and finally debug the whole system.The system prototype can basically meet the requirements of the offshore cloth buoy,which can provide the necessary technical support for the safe operation of the buoy.
