The Standard Model(SM)consists of Quantum Chromodynamics and unified electro-weak theory,it is successfully describes strong interaction,weak interaction and electromagnetic in-teraction between particles which has been generally accepted by people.However,it still has some problems,such as too many free parameter,hierarchy problem,unnaturalness etc.Further-more,SM also can't explain neutrinos are massive,the atmospheric neutrino experiment Su-per Kaminkande,the solar neutrino experiment SNO,the reactor neutrino experiments and etc have discovered the neutrino oscillation phenomena,which mean that the neutrinos have non-vanishing masses,that prove the new physics beyond SM exists.Now is generally accepted that SM is a low-energy effective theory,under higher energy level need to use new physics to analy-sis and explain.In the process of search new physics,people building up a lot of new models,the minimum Z'model as a very simple extension of SM has received a lot of attention.Through Seesaw mechanism,the minimal Z'model can naturally explain the neutrino masses.More-over,the model predicts the existence of a new neutral gauge boson Z'which provides a new generation of Higgs beyond SM.The main objective of current and future high energy experiment is studying properties and kinetics mechanism of Higgs boson since it was found at LHC in 2012.The future collider ILC have the features of high luminosity,high precision and clean background which can more deeply study Higgs and try to detect new particles.It is very necessary to study the e~-e~+?Zh process which is one of the main generations of Higgs at ILC.In this paper the Higgs-strahlung e~-e~+?Zh process is examined in the minimal Z'model.Except Z~0boson contributes to the process,Z'boson also contributes to the pro-cess,this paper we study Z'boson contributes to the Higgs process.First,the cross sections for the process are evaluated in the allowed region of the parameter space.And then choose e~-e~+?Zh?l~+l~-bb as the signal,choose e~-e~+?Zh,ZZ,Z?,??as backgrounds,select three sets of parameters to perform a detailed analysis for the process and their backgrounds and draw some distribution images.Expect for the basic cuts,we also apply four kinematics cuts to suppress the backgrounds.Finally we get statistical significances of the three sets of parameters.Our results show that our selection procedure for signal and backgrounds could efficiently sup-press the backgrounds and highlight the signal.Therefore it provides an valuable reference for the ILC collider to explore the minimal Z'model.
