MiRNA(mi RNA)is a non-coding small molecule RNA consisting of 21 to 23 nucleotides. It regulates gene expression in vivo by degrading target m RNA or inhibiting target m RNA translation, regulating biological processes such as growth, differentiation, and apoptosis of living cells.Bacteria, viruses,mi RNA in the human body there are cross-kingdom regulation. In recent years,it has been found that plant mi RNA can enter and stabilize in the human body and maintain their biological activity, which makes the exogenous plant mi RNA become a hot issue in the field of mi RNA research. In order to explore the possible cross-kingdom regulation of plant mi RNA in human body, this paper excavates human exogenous plant mi RNA based on publicly available data, including the consolidation of human exogenous plant mi RNA,as well as the current human serum high-throughput second-generation mi RNA sequencing data were screened. For high-throughput data, this paper first filters out low-quality data by pretreatment, followed by comparison with plant mi RNA sequences to obtain exogenous plant mi RNA present in the human body. Finally, based on the data analysis,54 exogenous plant mi RNA were obtained in this paper, and 54 exogenous plant mi RNA were obtained for transgenic analysis of plants. The so-called plant-human cross-border regulation and analysis,is the establishment of plant-human cross-kingdom regulation model.First, the exogenous plant mi RNA were predicted and screened by exogenous plant-human whole genome.Secondly, based on the screening of the target gene to establish the control network, and based on the interaction between the genetic nodes to calculate the node network weight, select the core node. Finally, the core node of the core network module mining, analysis of the core module involved in the regulation of access and participation in the main function, that is,to find exogenous plant mi RNA in the human body may exist in the regulatory role.In this paper, nine core modules,AXIN1,HOXB1,ATP5 D,MAPK8IP2,ZAP70,MTNR1 B,GPR35 and GYS1,were excavated by plant-human cross-kingdom regulation model. The results showed that exogenous plant mi RNA were more involved in the metabolic processes of human biological processes, including biological processes such as amine metabolism, alcohol metabolism and fatty acid metabolism, which indicated that dietary habits were different and could have an effect on human health and physiological functionThe This paper provides a new research direction for high-throughput data analysis, and provides a new method for discovering mi RNA in exogenous plants. It is of theoretical significance for the treatment of traditional Chinese herbal medicine mi RNA,which can reveal the nutritional value of plants, for the further study of human health and the relationship between daily diet is of great significance.
