In plant kingdom,non-specific lipid transfer proteins nsltps are small and basic proteins which range from 6.5 to 10.5 KD.Also,it participates a kind of various physiological processing. The previous studies proved that lipids transfer proteins(LTP)have capacity to shuttle or transfer and binding with different kinds of hydrophobic molecules such as fatty acids, phospholipids, fatty acyl-Co A,glycolipids and cutin monomers.NsLTPs typically contain of ECM motifs. In our study, tomato genome encoding nsltps that contain ECM motifs without other identifiable functional domains were analyzed. Our searching relied on Blast searches in database along with genome analysis.A total of 38 genes were identified as nsLTPs.For further obtaining comprehensive understand about SlnsLTPs.We identify their gene structure, most of them just obtained one exon, and the chromosome location showed that dispersal on all chromosomes, except chromosomes 4,5,11 and 12.The expression of ns LTPs in tomato were downloaded and elucidated in Heinz and LA1589.There was similar expression level in different tissues and organs in two tomato cultivars.A distinct number of various cis –elements which responsible for both abiotic stress and hormones treatments were found in various SlnsLTPs.Expression analyzing was performed to investigate the potential responsive to abiotic stresses and hormones treatment.Transcriptomic level analysis showed that nearly 50% of this Slns LTP family was significantly expressed in all treatments compared to the control plant. Our research provides comprehensive information from gene structure and expression about this gene family. In addition,we provide some clues for SlnsLTPs gene family to support and characterize the function of this gene family in tomato.
