Study On Dynamic Monitoring Of Urban Master Plan Implementation Based On GIS

It is timely to adjust and revise the overall planning is important significane that to strengthen the dynamic monitoring of the implementation process of the overall planning,which is the specific requirement of Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People 's Republic of China and Urban and rural planning methods.This paper is based on the theoretical research and practical research on the dynamic monitoring of the overall planning of major cities at home and abroad,it reviews the overall planning of Luzhou City,uses GIS as the main technical means,bases on a large number of urban development data,which is to the city's general regulations to implement the recent goal-oriented.The key points in this paper are the economic?social livelihood?overall planning?urban space and urbanization and to combine with public participation in the implementation proess of the overall urban planning.This paper summarizes the problems in the imlementation of the general regulations of Luzhou City,summarizes in the monitoring period,and puts forward relevant suggestions on the revision.It is hoped that this paper can provide some references for the dynamic monitoring of the overall planning and implementation of the small and medium-sized cities in the southwest area in China,which could provide research case and research bais.Through the dynamic monitoring of the general regulations of Luzhou,the conclusion shows that the genereal development of Luzhou overall planning is in good condition.However,there are some issues,such as the urban economy is in urgent need of upgrading?the urban traffic system is not perfect?the quality of urbanization needs to be improved.And the problems are summarized at the end of the article.the reasons are analyzed for the deviation of the implementation of the overall planning.This paper puts forward relevant suggestions and opinions.
