Agaricus is one of the important taxa of Agariceae. It accommodates a lot of species that contains high values. The recently research about Agaricus proposed 5 Subgenus and 20 Sections within this genus. In this study,we studied on the Section Minores.Aimed at revealing the phylogenetic relationships within minores,we studied 82 specimens in phylogeny and morphology. We have done DNA extraction for every specimen. And got 101 ITS sequences,80 LSU sequences,70 tef1-? sequences and 84 rpb2 sequences by PCR.We combined this four gene to build the phylogeny tree by the methods of Maximum Likelihood Analysis(ML),Maximum Parsimony Analysis(MP)and Bayes Analysis. We found there were 14 clades in Section Minores,3 of them were well supported and the relationship within species is all well supported in every clade. In our analysis, there are totally 66 species in minores, among which,17 are new,4 are new to china and 14 are uncertain. We have described 17 new species, and the features of every species are presented in line drawing. We also have discussed the phylogeny relationship within Minores preliminarily.
