SrAl2O4:(Eu2+,Dy3+)long afterglow luminescent materials have been studied by scholars in recent years because of their good luminescence properties.Although its performance is superior to the previous luminescent materials,the wavelength range of its light emission is relatively narrow,usually in the green light of four hundred to six hundred nanometer wavelength range,the excitation light band concentrated in the ultraviolet band,and the brightness is not strong enough.Doping is an important way to improve the performance of luminescent materials.In this paper,indium?In?,gallium?Ga?and chromium?Cr?are chosen as doping elements.In,Ga ion doping is chosen because the two elements In the boron and aluminum belong to the group IIIA elements,and show similar chemical properties with them,the doping may replace the aluminum site to change the crystal structure;select the chromium element doping is widely used in the 700-Among the transition metal ions in the SrAl2O4:(Eu2+,Dy3+)luminescence in the 1200 nm band,Cr3+ is now mainly studied.Therefore,the above three elements were selected by adding europium dysprosium strontium aluminate doped with strontium aluminate material,in order to analyze the luminous properties of the sample material.The europium dysprosium doped strontium aluminate sample material was prepared by using classical high temperature solid phase method,and a series of concentration gradient of three kinds of ion doped europium dysprosium doped strontium aluminate samples Materials,surface appearance,crystal structure,chemical composition,and luminescent properties were measured by SEM,XRD and fluorescence spectroscopy,respectively.It was found that the luminescence properties of the europium-dysprosium-doped strontium aluminate samples were improved in different degrees and the excitation domains of the materials were broadened,and the corresponding luminous efficiencies were increased first This may lead to a change in lattice due to the increase in concentration,with the optimum ionic molar mass of indium oxide,gallium oxide and chromium oxide being 0.004 mol,0.002 mol and 0.00015 mol,respectively.On the other hand,the afterglow characteristics of the three ion-doped luminescent materials have not been improved accordingly.During the experiment,it was found that the excitation wavelength of SrAl2O4:(Eu2+,Dy3+)doped with indium ions showed a slight red shift,which could be excited at 450 nm,that is,the material could be excited directly by visible light.In this paper,we synthesized the europium aluminate strontium samples by indium,gallium and chromium respectively.It was observed that the luminescent properties of the composites were significantly enhanced and improved after the incorporation of a certain concentration of ions.
