Measurement of the width of Higgs boson is the main goal of the CEPC and this work, and it is also a key process for CEPC detector R&D.All the data of this research is generated by Whizard generator, and simulated and reconstructed by the CEPC software tools, such as Mokka and Marlin. In addition,an optimized isolated lepton finding algorithm has been developed to improve the precision of this measurement, which can also been used as a general tool to many other analyses. In order to measure the width of Higgs boson, the branch ratio of Higgs boson decay to (2 bosons should be measured firstly.(5 process has around 50 different sub-processes,and only 11 of these with higher statistics and better signal background ratios are analyzed. Then the branch ratio and its statistical uncertainty have been obtained by combining the results of all sub-processes to get better precision. The potential systematic uncertainties are also evaluated and discussed. As the conclusion, the precision of Higgs width measurement at CEPC is evaluated, which is very useful for the CEPC detector R&D.
