Temperature and precipitation are two key ecological factors that affect the distribution of organisms on land surface,both of the aspects determine the general pattern of distribution of biological community on land.The article is based on that the zonal vegetation produces the relationship between the organic energy per unit of energy and the demand for heat and moisture.Based on the precipitation data?daily temperature data and time climate data from 1990-2012 of 824 meteorological stations in the country,the hypothesis of temperature and precipitation matching constant for vegetation development on regional scale is proposed,extract it and verify its accuracy.Meanwhile,temperature and precipitation matching index with topography?vegetation regionalization?climate regionalization?ecological zoning?distribution of farmland forest land.And lay the foundation for the follow-up of wet and dry climate zoning and vegetation zoning based on temperature and precipitation matching index.This provides a reliable basis for the application of temperature and precipitation matching index in agro-pastoral acetones.Research indicates?1?On the regional scale,the best temperature and precipitation matching point for vegetation development is that the ratio of temperature and precipitation of vegetation to maximum temperature and precipitation use efficiency,and the ratio is a constant of 5.68.The combination of temperature and precipitation can be used as a comprehensive climate index in climate-vegetation correlation analysis and classification.?2?The temperature and precipitation matching constant under the optimum vegetation condition was 5.68,the calculation formula of ITMP is established.Taking the point of ITMP=1 as the dividing line of China's bioclimatic water and heat,the climate of China is divided into rain control area and temperature control zone.?3?ITMP has universal applicability and verifiability.Using different climate data sets,ITMP still has a good consistency,the vegetation growth status decreased with the temperature-precipitation demarcation line of bioclimate to the temperature control zone and the rain control area index,and the vegetation growth condition gradually deteriorated.?4?There is a good correspondence between ITMP and existing zoning,The cold temperate index is between 0.7-0.9,medium temperate and plateau areas between 0.2-1,the tropical zone is between 0.6-1 in the temperature control zone,the warm temperate zone is between 0.6-1 in the rain control zone.Forest belt is mainly concentrated in the temperature control zone,the index between 0.6-1,grassland belt in the two types of areas are distributed,the index is between 0.3-1,while the desert zone is mainly in the rain control zone,with an index between 0.2 and 0.5,wet semi-humid zone and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region in the two types of areas are divided,the index was between 0.6-1,0.2-1,arid and semi-arid areas are mainly in the rain control area,the index between 0.2-0.7.
