Fault interpretation is always be vital and difficult for the work of seismic data interpretation.In the fault interpretation of seismic data development up to now,have developed a lot of fault identification method.But very few scholars compare various fault recognition method,and analyzes clearly the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and the application of the premise.This paper is based on the study of the different fault identification method,determine the applicable seismic data and the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches,guide fault interpretation work.In this paper,based on the present fault theory,through the forward modeling analysis summarizes the different seismic data and geological factors to influence of the fault fracture characteristics.Do the forward modeling analysis for ground fault break from five aspects,including the formation speed,data noise,data frequency,sand mud interbed and special geologic body,summarized the influence of different factors on the degree of fault fault broken results.On the basis of the forward modeling analysis,this paper introduces the principle of different fault identification method in detail,and analyze effect of the fault identification.Main research technology of fault identification methods include the ant body technology,coherence technology,plane multiple attribute analysis technology,the edge detection technology.The ant body technology identify faults of high precision,parameter adjustment complex,long calculation cycle,fault illusion,so this method suitable for the exquisite study of little block fault interpretation.Coherence technology to identify fault operation is simple,but only suitable for obvious reflection characteristics,sedimentary continuity better formation in this district,there are some limitations.Multi-attribute analysis method to identify the fault,the fault dip properties indicate obvious effect,large fault indicator,developed minor fault has a certain degree of display.And Lambertian reflection properties could be clearly indicates a fault in the development of situation,on the basis of also can intuitive display different tendency of fault,researchers can make a more intuitive understanding of the geological condition in the study area.Edge detection to identify faults results in Solbe,Prewitt,Robert,the test results of the LOG operator is too sensitive,anti-interference ability is poor,poor continuity,lower guidance for fault interpretation.But Canny operator testing results of high resolution,strong anti-jamming capability,good testing results of continuity,strong guidance to practical application.On the basis of summarizing the fault identification method,for the application of extension method,the degree of study area is divided into three levels,and illustrates the different cases,the applicability of the fault identification method.Apply the results to the black51-black 47 block in seismic data interpretation work,mainly along the layer coherent,multi-attribute fusion,edge detection method combined guide fault interpretation,each other to complete the comparative study on the structure characteristics of the new and old.Local changes due to the fault structural trap,combined with the existing in the study area reservoir recognition,deploy a new well placement work.
