China is one of the countries most seriously affected by meteorological disasters in the world.Annually hundreds of millions of losses is caused by natural disasters,it made serious influence on China's economic development and people's life and property.In order to mitigate the adverse effects caused by meteorological disasters,weather modification is more and more applied to the production and living,to achieve artificial precipitation,hail mitigation and other purposes.In order to ensure the safety of artificial weather modification operations,figure of safe firing zone is essential.This paper mainly introduces the use of image processing algorithms to process the Google map tiles to identify non secure area location and use it as the basis for drawing the figure of safe firing zone.The specific work of this paper is as follows:1.Use special map download tools to download the latest Google map tiles within the operation site,familiar with the map tile sorting method,projection method and the conversion between different coordinate system.2.Use image processing algorithm,which covers images defogging,gray processing,threshold segmentation and denoising,to identify the location of the operation site of the Google map tiles.In order to obtain a good recognition result,the algorithm is improved.3.After target recognition of all Google map tiles around the same operating site,programme to match all Google map tiles around the same operating site to be a complete figure of non secure area according to arrangement rules4.Determine the operating site in the complete figure of non secure area,design appropriate plan to draw the figure of safe firing zone according to standard of safe firing zone.The target recognition algorithm can effectively and automaticly recognize non secure area in Google map tiles.The experimental results show that: in identification of 209 Google map tiles,there are 198 pieces better,accounted for 94.7% and the process of drawing figure of safe firing zone is efficient,and there is practical significance.
