Mongolian is one of the most populous ethnic groups in China,which had a great impact on the process of world history,and played an important role in the cultural exchange and development between the East and the west.According to the sixth national census in 2010,the total number of Mongolians in China reached 5 million 980 thousand,mainly in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region(4 million 226 thousand).Torghut tribe is a branch of the Mongolian,throughout the history of the development of Mongolian plays a special and important position.Using random sampling method,follow informed consent and ethical principles,in September 2015 in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of Ejinaqi were measured in 196 cases(84 males,112 females)91 physical characteristic indexes of Torghut,statistical data analysis of the information obtained by the program,SPSS11.5,SPSS13.0 and Excel2016 software.At the same time collected 5ml venous blood in 49 cases of peripheral Torghut,49 samples of 17 Y chromosome Y-STR loci multiplex PCR detection,genotyping data obtained in each sample gene,the data was analyzed by Past and Net Work statistical software.The results are as follows:(1)Torghut eyefold of the upper eyelid,Mongolia fold,the height of palpebral fissure medium,eye fissure inclination angle high,nasal root height moderate and dorsal lateral view straight zygomatic protrusion type,flat type,nasal base level type,medium type,high nose the maximum diameter of the nostril type,wide type,oblique nose,thick lips rounded earlobe,upper lip skin,the eye is brown type low height high occurrence rate.(2)Torghut short head(head length breadth index),high head(head height index),in the nose,long trunk,chest,pelvis width,sub brachyskelic type,stature is high type.(3)Torghut male and female circumference values with age some changes,differences between different age groups was more pronounced for women than men.Torghut head,chest and limbs circumference development at a high level,close to Tatar?Ordos Mongolian?Barga Mongolian and Hulun Buir Buryat.(4)Torghut male subscapular skinfold and iliac spines on the skinfold thickness was positively correlated with age,female subscapular skinfold was positively correlated with age;female body fat percentage was higher than that of men in the same age group,the same age group the skinfold thickness were statistically significant difference between the sexes.Torghut men and women the skinfold thickness closest to Barga Mongolian and Ordos Mongolian Overall,Torghut skinfold thickness close to northern ethnic groups in Mongolia have north Asian Featurs.(5)Torghut male average body size is 5.5-5.9-0.9,which belongs to the endoderm mesoderm-balanced body.The average body size of females was 6.6-5.8-0.7,which was the endoderm type of partial mesoderm.There was a significant difference between male and female age groups in internal factor,middle factor and external factor.Female body size relative dispersion.Torghut body shape close to Ordos Mongolian?Barga Mongolian?Uzbek and Far away from the Hui and wa.(6)Torghut physical characteristic closest to Ordos Mongolian?Barga Mongolian and Hulun Buir Buryat.Men and women are tall stature,the head is wide;men also show the face,mouth,nose is wider,the performance of the woman is wider shoulders,head,face longer,higher nose.(7)Torghut mainly haplogroup C3,O3,N,R.C3 haplogroup frequency is the highest in Torghut?Barga Mongolian? ??led Mongolian?Khalkh Mongolian?Hulun Buir Buryat?Kazak?Daur and Mongolian in Mongolia.In the haplogroup frequency,Torghut and Barga Mongolian most similar.(8)16 groups according to the basic geographical separation,Torghut close to Hulun Buir Buryat?Barga Mongolian?Hulun Buir Buryat?Barga Mongolian???led Mongolian Khalkh Mongolian?Kazak?Russian Buryat of Mongolia.Torghut far away from Dongxiang and Baoan.(9)Network graph branch relation shows that Torghut and Hulun Buir Buryat?Barga Mongolian ???led Mongolian on a similar branch,have genetic similarity.(10)Torghut physical characteristics and molecular genetics features close to Hulun Buir Buryat?Barga Mongolian?Ordos Mongolian and ??led Mongolian.
