MaoChunshu debris, which occurs in Huidong country, Liangshan city, Sichuan province, serious threat to villagers and school teachers' and students' lives and property safety and also does threat distribution of 65 people in 12 villagers and constructing Huidong country-Huangping village highway, which may cause direct economic losses of about 9 million yuan.This paper based on the field survey and geological mapping, investigates the features of topographic and geomorphology, gully development degree and source, comprehensive analysis developmental characteristics, forming mechanism in the debris, and calculate with the characteristics of bulk density, flow velocity, flow rate and the impact force, and the characteristics of the creep of the debris flow. On this basis, forecast and analysis of the scale of debris flow in different frequency of debris flow, and then provide the basis for the protection of the object to evaluate and provide the basis for the project.According to the principle of avoiding-preventing-controlling the debris flow occurrence system and the comprehensive management of debris flow, with the distribution of debris flow characteristics and protection object, this paper put forward the control project proposal, arranging two block sand dam in main source area to block the coarse particles from the upper reaches of the coarse particles, and then flowing the source of the steady, cutting the peak flow. At the same time, according to the distribution of the source of the channel and the analysis of the longitudinal slope of the ditch, a potential dam is set up in the upper reaches of the trench to prevent the occurrence of the two start of the channel bed (the source of the accumulation of the channel). In order to protect the villagers and discharging fine particulate matter, in the accumulation area, the discharge guide groove is arranged to connect with 1# debris dam, the drainage channel is 120.5 m long, set a box culvert in export for vehicular traffic.
