Research On Multiple Attribute Group Decision Making Based On Case Study

The theory and application research on multiple criteria decision aids(MCDA) have been got a wide range of attention, which mainly solve screening,ranking and classification problem.As stakeholders more involve in decision making problems,the research on group decision making is more and more important. For group decision making problems, the judgements of all the decision makers need to be considerd,and by some form of aggregation method to form the judgements of the decision making group,then the evaluation of the alternatives can be achieved.In the process of MCDA or group decision, the decision information such as attribute weight is often unknown,Decision makers(DMs) have different judgements on the alternative.Aimed at different situations of MCDA,the ranking problem single DM participates,the group ranking problem and the group classification problem,this paper mainly studies how to obtain the decision parameter information of the corresponding problem,and how to aggregate the DMs preference.The main work and innovative points are as follows:1) To solve the problem of the unknown attribute weights, The distance between the alternative and ideal alternative is defined to represente the DMs preference.The case-based distance attribute weights solution model is constructed to achieve the decision information,then combined with TOPSIS method,all alternatives can be ranked.2) For the group decision ranking problem with unknown attribute weights,the preference matrix that DMs pairwise compared different cases is constructed, and the similarity degree between the DMs judgement is defined, and the DMs clustering analysis is conducted,the consistent case information of different groups is obtained, and the preference of different groups can be aggregated by case-based ranking method.3) For the group decision classification problem with unknown attribute weights,this paper gives the basic principle of the classification, defines the compromise weight of group decision classification, constructs the model of group consistent case collection, and constructs the model of compromise weight solution with the group consistent case information,then the compromise weight and classification threshold can be obtained.The theoretical study on the above problems is carried out, and the corresponding case analysis is given to verify the validity of the decision model.
