Climate communication is the spread of information on climate change. Past global climate change-related issues in the context propagation, the spread of ecological research in the field of science communication are covered. But in recent years have become increasingly prominent issue of climate change, effects on humans become more widespread, from 2009 Copenhagen Climate Conference, China's performance in international negotiations on climate change, the focus of people's attention, but also Chinese scholars began to pay attention from the field of communication such emerging issues of climate change are thus independent, it became a specialized study climate communication.Climate change is the focus problem of climate change and international climate negotiations, in 2015 the climate conference in Paris is past and the key assembly, reached after 2020 global action to address climate change treaty of Paris, the global control temperature in less than 2 degrees. In today's increasingly developed network media, the mass media has also opened a new era of digital interaction. The author will discuss the framework construction of China's network media on the issue of climate warming, based on the two major network media in China: take People's daily online and Sina network as examples. Because of climate change information belongs to a kind of audience perception is not obvious, the general public information on climate warming learn mainly from mass media and network media, fast and convenient, interactive communication advantage, the network media has the audience and great influence, the research of network media construction on climate warming, have certain the reality, through the research, on one hand the understanding of network media dissemination efforts, climate warming on the media construction issues and problems; on the other hand, through the research on the network media, to determine China's entire social environment pay attention to the issue of climate change, because the media is a mirror of social status to some extent, in order to improve the communication strategy for the network media; for the government to provide a realistic basis for environmental decision-making should be positive for the public; Provide correct guidance on climate change issues.
