FY-3 meteorological satellite ground application system by data processing and service center(CDPS), operation control center, ground station and data archiving, etc. It has ten technology systems, respectively is data receiving system(DAS), the operation control system(OCS), data preprocessing system(DP2S), product generation system(PGS), product quality inspection system(QCS), computer and network system(CNS), data archive and service system(ARS2), monitoring and analysis services system(MAS), to demonstrate the application system(UDS), simulation and technology support system(STS2). Application system in the receiving treatment FY-3 satellite remote sensing data at the same time, also compatible with the receiving and processing at home and abroad at the same time a variety of satellite data, such as the domestic satellite, resource, Marine and disaster mitigation, such as satellite data, METOP abroad, NOAA and NPP/NPOESS satellite data.Situation 3 meteorological satellite ground application system(COSS) engineering main function of CNS business application layer surface is responsible for the ground station remote sensing data collection of optimization of splicing, transport, and to repeat, complete remote sensing information promptly put into use; Realize the pretreatment and product generation and other kinds of business processing jobs scheduling and state management, to produce all kinds of application products with good quality; According to the needs of users, timely and accurate distributed application products to users, ensure the forecast and the use of other research.
