There is a difference in the molecular structure of DNA of different tribe,ethnic group or population. Genetic analysis of DNA structure is to provide a reliable basis for the exploration of human evolution and migration. Y-chromosome DNA with high polymorphism,at the same time,it also has a small effective group, mutation rate is very low,almost no back mutation,etc. Y- Chromosome DNA sequence in the render more strictly one-way paternity inheritance patterns, thus research Y-DNA can be used to follow the paternal migration way back the crowd.Xinjiang is located in the northwest frontier with Central Asian country immediately adjacent the middle of the Eurasian continent,neighboring Kazakhstan?Russia?Tajikistan?Kyrgyzstan?Mongolia?Pakistan?Afghanistan,at the junction of the eight countries of India,but is due to the large number of ethnic minorities historical,geographical distribution and other reasons intermarriage between them is less the case. XinjiangUyghur is the oldest and most widely distributed minority,concentrated expression of the anthropological characteristics of the area. So the study of genetic characteristics Uighur population and the difference is important.This study analyzed the Y-chromosome genetic non-recombinant region XinjiangUyghur men varied,Central and East Asia between the different ethnic and comparing provide important genetic information for the identification of Uyghur population and migration history. Hotan area 21 Uyghur men for the study,by gene chip technology to 21 Uyghur men unrelated samples Y-chromosome non-recombinant region genotyping,genotyping results of a preliminary analysis of the type of division of haplogroups, haplogroup statistics each haplogroup frequencies and genetic diversity. We also collect relevant Uyghur population Northwest,Central Asia,South Asia,East Asia population data and SPSS software principal component analysis and cluster analysis,from the perspective of paternal genetic relationship between the various groups of Uyhgur population and geneticorigin. The results show that,The results show that,in the present study Uyghur male population were detected out of 11 kinds of haplogroups type,they include D?E? F? G?J?K?N?L?O?Pand R 11 and other kinds of key single haplogroup type and E? G?J?O and R main haplogroups downstream 13 sub-haplogroups,haplogroup R Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang Uyghur population is distributed relatively high frequency haplogroup frequencies( 38.10%), this relatively high frequency of haplogroup downstream in R-M207 haplogroup of haplogroup R1a1a-M17 frequency(9.52%),R1-M173?R1a-M420?R1b1a1a- P297?R1b1aL754?R1b1b2-M269 are for the frequency(4.76%);followed by the high frequency of haplogroup O, frequency(14.28%), O- M175 haplogroup of haplogroup downstream O3- M122?O3a3- P201?O3a2c-P164 are for the frequency(4.76%).Followed haplogroup frequencies between 4-10% of the group G haplotype frequencies(9.52%),the frequency of J(9.52%),a frequency D(4.76%),frequency of E(4.76%),frequency of F(4.76%),N of the frequency(4.76%),K the frequency(4.76%),frequency of L(4.76%),frequency of P(4.76%) is moderately frequency distribution of Y chromosome SNP haplogroup.principal component analysis and cluster analysis showed Uyhgur population and South Asia,Central Asia,western Eurasian cluster together with a description of Uyhgur people in South Asia,Central Asia, western Europe and kinship groups are close to the Uyhgur population Manchu,Hui population genetic relationships and separate their genetic relationship is not very close. Otherwise the Americas,Siberia,Bonan,Tibetan,Mongolian,Malaysian,Vietnamese,Turkish,Yugu,Russians, Kazakhs crowd distant kinship.Haplogroup frequencies between the Uyhgur population in Central and East Asia group,Y-chromosome DNA genetic component of both higher in Asia,also have a higher component of Europe, Asia and Europe show a significant mixing phenomenon.In short, there is no necessary difference between Uyhgur and Northwest each other like groups Y-chromosome DNA. Uyhgur populationY-chromosome SNP mutations with a relatively rich and diverse line of genetics can be used to identify an individual,personal determination and other genetic analysis.Uyhgur has a typical Central Asian population in terms of paternal genetic characteristics,occurs between the Uyghur population and the population in Central Asia and the fusion gene exchange.
