Expression Of Uyghur Electronic Map For Location Services

With the rapid development of computer technology and geographicinformation system,cartographic technology have got its correspondingdevelopment,the map application field is expanded. Our country is a multi-ethniccountry,Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic populated area,chinese and minority’s written-spoken languages are simultaneously being used in many aspects.As a basic means ofcommunication,minority languages are also important communication methods forminorities. minority’s mapping technology have significant importance for thedevelopment of all nations,immediate simultaneous application of moderninformation, uyghuric map resource sharing in the utmost range under the internetenvironment and for improving cultural knowledge of nations.This paper have been implemented by using geographical information systemsoftware MapIinfo,ArcGis, open resources provided by Google map v3, Javascript,Html etc professional softwares and computer languages.The research on the location service application of electronic map summarizesdomestic and foreign map production situation,concludes basic information ofuyghur maps from ancient times to the present and its application of location service.Analyze the difference and technical difficulties of electronic maps which are madefrom two different languages.furthermore, the display of uyghuric electronic map onthe web and cell phones,and searching function,...
