With the rapid development of economy and population sharply gathered to urban,the urbanization of Nanchang continues to accelerate.The accelerating urbanization is not only reflected in the increase of city population,increase the proportion of non agriculture activities, city construction land continuously expansion is also an important measurement index.Grasp the information of city spatial expansion in time,it has important significance to the country and the local government of city planning and construction,land use and management and development direction decision.In this paper, based on the rapid development of urbanization of Nanchang city as the study area, using SVM, RS and GIS theory and methods study on the evolution of spatial pattern of Nanchang city.The work done in the whole research process is as follows:(1) Using the support vector machine is compared with the traditional classification method,It is found that the performance of SVM classification method is better than traditional classification method.(2) Analyze influence of MODIS single phase reflectivity data,single phase data added to the index information,multi-temporal reflectivity data and multi-temporal data added to the index of different feature combinations of classification accuracy, by comparing classification accuracy, it is decided to choose the classification feature of multi-temporal added to index information to involve in the study of evolution of urban spatial pattern.(3) By using support vector machine as classification method,the classification feature combination of multi-temporal added to index information as data source,classify and extract of remote sensing image information of Nanchang City for 2004,2009,2014 years,get ten years construction land changes of Nanchang.At the same time, use the superposed analysis function of Arcgis10.0 to analyze the construction land changes of classification results converted to vector,study the evolution orbit of spatial pattern of urban built-up area.(4) From qualitative and quantitative analyze the driving force of evolution of urban spatial pattern of Nanchang.Find the population,GDP, the actual utilization of foreign capital and other data of Nanchang, use statistical analysis software SPSS 19.0 to establish the comprehensive score model of principal component,on the basis of the model divided the strength of spatial pattern evolution of each administrative region of Nanchang City, Analysis the trend of spatial pattern evolution of Nanchang city.The study of evolution of spatial pattern can provide decision support information of grasping the condition of urban construction land use,controlling the scope of urban construction area and judging the overall development direction of the city.
