Full hydraulic drilling rig has been widely used in the construction, geological survey measurements, mine gas drainage and other fields, because of the advantages of compact construction, stable, easy to implement continuously variable transmission and so on. Full hydraulic drilling rig is a complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and automatic control coupling device. It is important for the full hydraulic drilling rig energy conversion and transfer, automatic control and troubleshooting movement to build the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic coupling dynamic model of full hydraulic drilling rig and analyze the output dynamic response of the model.Full hydraulic drilling rig includes mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and automatic control physical fields, and these fields will be integrated in a dynamic coupling process. If the coupling feature is ignored, the device may be happen the faults. Therefore, it is must to build the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic coupling dynamic model of full hydraulic drilling rig. Since there are a lot of parameters affecting the performance of the full hydraulic drilling rig, it is necessary to process the parameter sensitivity analysis to find the most direct influence degree and the greatest impact parameter.Firstly,based on the research status of full hydraulic drilling rig at home and abroad, a mechanical-electrical-hydraulic coupling dynamic model of full hydraulic drilling rig was established, and the systematic transfer functions of hydraulic drilling rig under the no load and load state is attained, respectively. The responses of hydraulic drilling rig are obtained under no load and load state by using MATLAB / Simulink software. Secondly, on the basis of mechanical-electrical-hydraulic coupling dynamic model of full hydraulic drilling rig, fluid bulk modulus of hydraulic oil, volume of high pressure chamber, the equivalent inertia of power head, equivalent damping of power head, and leakage coefficient of hydraulic motor, five important parameters are selected to process univariate and multivariate sensitivity analysis, and the output characteristic way and impact level of response time, overshoot and steady-state output value of model are attained. And Leakage coefficient of hydraulic motor greatly impacts on the output steady-state value of model. Finally, a testing platform on mechanical-electrical-hydraulic coupling dynamic of full hydraulic drilling rig was built to verify the accuracy of the model, the reliability of the simulation analysis results, and the sensitivity of the leakage coefficient of hydraulic motor to the output characteristics of the model.
