| Earthquake is a kind of disaster that could do a lot of harm to people and society. Therefore, valid earthquake prediction has become one of the most important issues to be solved. There have got great progress in the detection of charged particle in space all over the world, and the first is the Russian MARIYA space probe which found the possible link between high-energy storm particles and earthquakes. MARIYA found that the high-energy storm particles always appeared tens of minutes to hours ahead of earthquakes, which has been confirmed by GAMMA and SAMPEX(PET) and other satellites.The certainty of high-energy storm particles as earthquake signs has aroused tremendous attention of earthquake experts both at home and abroad.ZH-1 is the first satellite in China that used as seismic exploration. High-energy particle detector is one of the payloads of the ZH-1, which aims to study the regularity of the charged particle flux or spectral changes in the orbital altitude of 500 km. The charged particle flux and spectral can be affected by various factors. High energy particle detector is also used to find the storm particle that is related to earthquakes and study the characteristic parameters and change rule. Since the measured area range is wide, the detector could be divided into low energy section payload and high energy section payload to measure different zones in space. The low energy section payload of high energy particle detector aims to realize high-precision measurement of particles in low energy region(the protons energy range is 2-20 MeV and the electrical energy range is 0.1-3MeV).Data processing system is one of the subsystems of the low energy section payload, also an important part of the electronics. Data processing system is mainly responsible for energy harvesting and data processing, controlling the operation state of the detector and monitoring some parameters so as to transmit data to the PDE system.This paper mainly introduced the design and implement process of data processing system of low energy section payload, including:1.Determine the required functional parameter and performance of data processing system by studying the function and performance of the low energy section payload of high-energy particle detector.2.The division of the system function modules and the construction of the circuit had been finished in the hardware design of data processing system. The design of schematic and PCB had been completed by reading aerospace specification and combining with the characteristics of the detector.3.In the software design phase of data processing system, the division of the function modules of software has been completed. And by reading the data sheet and referring to the design specification of aerospace code, the software code has been completed, realizing the sequential control and internal logic of chips, as well as the simulation of each module, which laid a solid foundation for the actual circuit work.4.In the testing phase, the tests of the hardware chips, the software logic and the system-level test had been completed. Meanwhile, the functional test was carried out by working with other systems to verify the function and performance of data processing system. The test covers all the functions of the detector.The design of data processing system of the high-energy particle detector has now already met the requirements of the low energy section payload, while that of the hardware circuit and software code are basically fixed, which has provided a solid foundation for the official model. Furthermore, it could also give valuable experience and reference on other data processing systems. |
