The damage of the earthquake is obsvious, but its mechanism is not clear. So theearthquake short-term prediction warning is particularly important. Using the new method,the new technology and new technique to get more thorough understanding and interpretationof the earthquakes, has important significance for breaking through the short-term imminentearthquake prediction. In recent decades, scholars from all of world have studied theearthquake-electromagnetic phenomena deeply, finding that Seismic precursor information donot only exist Seismic precursor information, but may also performance in the ionosphere andatmosphere through some coupling mechanism.This paper takes the wenchuan earthquake for example, using French DEMETERelectromagnetic satellite IDP particle data and NOAA the fifth generation satellite MEPEDparticle detector data to study the flux change of particals before and after the wenchuanearthquake,to find the abnormal phenomenon of high-energy partical over the seismogeniczone at satellite flight level. To explore the possibility of abnormal high-energy particlesphenomenon before earthquakes as the earthquake precursor information before the event.1. When we analysis the correlation between solar activity and geomagnetic activity,wefound that it has a good correlation between them, especially the solar activity and the Ap andAE.It reaches above50%,even to75.5%.Showing that the solar activity and geomagneticactivity do have the synchronization.So,when analysis the Earthquake-Ionospericanomalies,we should take solar activity and geomagnetic activity into account.2. The DEMETER IDP data discovered increasing of partical flux to6б a week beforethe event that on May6.At the same time,we found that on May6the partical flux is higherthan the past three month which in the same place. 3. By using NOAA-15,16,17,18MEPED partical data for analysis,we found that thepartical flux before the earthquake is higher than after.And then the partical bursts happenedbefore the earthquake from May6to May12everyday. Especially on May6and May9hadbeen recorded in the three satellite of NOAA.4. By contrast the two data results,finding that the increasing partical flux was on thesame day, The IDP data discovered increasing of partical flux to6б a week before the eventthat on May6, and abnormal area is about47°N~53°N,91°~93°E,lval L:1.8~2.0. AnalyingMEPED data found that, on May6and May9have occured partical brusts of different levels.It appeared that two sets of data all found the increasing of partical flux on May6.
