| China is one of the strongest earthquake activity in the world. However, with the constant improvement of the level of urbanization, urban earthquake disaster prevention has gradually been put on the higher stage of concerning. And the study of urban seismic vulnerability assessment system are beconing one of the attractive projects. In recent years, though researches in this field are not fruitful, but it is obviously that the assessment of seismic vulnerability on the way to apply to the urban seismic disaster prevention plan.The paper conducted the study on assessment system of urban seismic vulnerability. First of all, the paper to learn from the seismic vulnerability of relevant research and practice experience at home and abroad, and it analyzed the influence factors of urban seismic vulnerability from the exposed, sensitivity, restoring force three dimensions. Then, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish a hierarchy model of evaluation index system.And further introduction of average method of entropy weight method and effect coefficient method are combined, so the combination evaluation model is obtained. Finally, empirical study was conducted to treat urban seismic vulnerability assessment system in donghai county old city district as an exampleThe study is trying to analyze the influence factors of urban seismic vulnerability, and build up a set of assessment system of urban seismic vulnerability. Concrete results mainly includes:the evaluation index system and its construction method, combination evaluation model, the evaluation results of processing methods.The study can provide certain theoretical reference for relevant follow-up study, And it can help to enhance the scientific nature and effectiveness of urban seismic disaster prevention plan, improve the efficiency of urban seismic disaster prevention resource configuration, enhance the comprehensive seismic disaster prevention ability of the city. |
