Currently petroleum industry has become an indispensable industry, and oil logging technology as the main engineering technology of oil and gas field collection and assessment, has become an important research project of petroleum exploration experts. In many of the well logging techniques, the method of dielectric logging technology to detect the polarization properties of rocks is a breakthrough. So it is widely used in the oil gas collection and assessment. The dielectric constant of water and the dielectric constant of common rock and oil gas are vary widely, and the propagation effect of electromagnetic wave is closely related to the dielectric constant, dielectric constant and electromagnetic wave frequency, especially the influence of the dielectric constant. So it is of practical and far-reaching significance to use electromagnetic wave propagation effect to carry on the well logging.In this paper, based on the above, we study a dielectric logging instrument for four frequency(22MHz. 200 MHz and 400 MHz, 1.1 GHz). We design the transceiver system, including signal source, IF-AGC, amplitude phase measuring circuit. In the electronic circuit, wireless transmitting and receiving equipment has a very important role, which directly determines the quality of the entire electronic circuit. So the research and design of the transceiver on the electromagnetic wave logging instrument for the development of logging has important significance.This paper first introduces the world oil demand as well as the classification and development at home and abroad, and the basic theory of high frequency electromagnetic wave logging. According to the theory of medium log, the transmitter scheme is chosen, and the design of each module of transmitter is introduced, including: frequency source, IF-AGC, and the design and test results of PCB board are given. At last, the design of the system receiver is introduced, including: low noise amplifier, measuring circuit, and the design and test results of PCB board are given. Finally, through the testing and debugging of each module circuit, the index requirements are satisfied.
