In southern Mongolia is a high incidence of dust storms in the vast Gobi desert area, and is also one of the key sources of Sandstorm in East asia.Mongolia is located in our country's position superior, which influences the cold air of our country and the origin of Mongolia cyclone.The area of Gobi and the desert in the south of Mongolia is very large, the ecological environment is fragile and the natural disasters are frequent, which directly affects the northern area of China, especially the dust weather has a wide range of influence.While the northern border region is an important component of ecological security system in our country and is the main base of energy barrier.Study on cross-border sandstorm path is the two party for disaster prevention and reduction of disaster and the common demand.In this paper selectedthe dust storm data from 42 ground stations in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are selected and the data of 3 hours of dust storm data recorded by 28 ground stations in the southern part of Mongolia province and under the support of ARCMAP, EXCEL, ORIGIN and other software, the temporal and spatial variation of sand dust storm was analyzed using mathematical statistics methodAnd the intensity and range of sand dust storm process were studied in a sand dust storm process at 5 sites,10 sites and 20 sites, which were three different scales;Analysis of the temporal and spatial variation, and further discusses the problems of cross-border mobile path of Mongolia sandstorm and moved into the territory of the distribution and strength.The results show that:(1) The occurrence of dust storm in border area in the Inner Mongolia border area in the two scales of the annual variation and the interannual variation is the trend of decreasing in the fluctuation. Derived from Mongolia sandstorm days interannual variation, over the past decade, Mongolia sandstorm weather, has three higher year, the 2006 and 2010 and 2013, and Inner Mongolia sandstorm days interannual trends consistent, but a decreasing trend and inconspicuously. Last season,80% of the sandstorm occurred in the spring followed by summer, autumn and winter occur less; Mongolia in recent 10 years, the decreasing trend was not obvious, but may change display, in March and April the number of sandstorm days showed a decreasing trend, in May with a relatively flat trend, peak and annual variation trend consistent.In recent 30 years in Inner Mongolia 42 stations in 1981-2014 spatial distribution characteristics of sandstorm is decreasing from west to east.1980s sandstorms in Inner Mongolia in the high incidence area mainly concentrated in Guaizi lake and Hailisu of Alashan; 1990s sandstorm highest area is concentrated in Guaizi lake and the surrounding area, occurrence times less than in the 1980s, but from west to East is widely distributed.(2) In recent 30 years in Inner Mongolia 42 stations in 1981-2014 spatial distribution characteristics of sandstorm is decreasing from west to east.1980-1999 sandstorms in Inner Mongolia high frequency area mainly concentrated in the Alashan Guaizi lake and Haili (two; after 2000 in the middle part of the territory of Inner Mongolia appeared new sandstorm frequently occurred region, Inner Mongolia Sonid Left Banner, Xilin Gol League; 2006-2014 sandstorm in high incidence area of main Guaizi lake, Haili of Sonid left banner as the center. Mongolia 2004-2013 nearly 10 years sandstorm spatial distribution, the overall presentation Nando northern and southern region from west to East decreasing trend. Sand dust storms in Mongolia in the southern region the most easy to hair and three times more area respectively in the northwestern, Western partial South and central regions, namely Khuhmorit, Bogd, Tsogt and Dalanzadgad four Su mu.(3) Through the analysis of the influence of Sandstorm in Mongolia on the downstream sandstorms in Inner Mongolia, Xilin Gol League, for example, statistics over the past 10 years, Xilin Gol League and Mongolia all the territory of sandstorm date, indicating that nearly 10 years there were 489 sandstorms from Mongolia. And there is a part of the dust storm in Mongolia did not cross border into Inner Mongolia. Statistics show that influence of Xilinguole Mongolia domestic dust storm source has Khuhmorit, Tsogt and Bogd, Dalanzadgad, mainly through the northwest path is transmitted to the Xilin Gol League. So it can be seen that the occurrence and development of Sandstorm in Xilinguole Meng, Inner Mongolia Province, has been greatly influenced by the sand storm in the southern Mongolia area.
