The ocean drill in the running process to ensure good stability, security and good control performance is an important guarantee of safe production. And drilling operation process involves a series of electric and mechanical transmission device, is a kind of complex nonlinear motion process. The traditional PID control has been unable to meet the requirements, it has to give a control object does not need to know the precise mathematical model to control the drill.Fuzzy immune PID control is an intelligent control method, the linguistic variable as the foundation, through the experience of the operator to implement control, suitable for difficult or cannot be industrial control mathematical model of the process, and has very strong robustness. The idea is to model complex or uncertain to control based on fuzzy set theory, fuzzy language variable and fuzzy logic based decision to imitate human thinking.This paper explores the application of fuzzy immune PID control in the rig regulator and speed tracking control system and other aspects, and discusses the advantages relative to traditional PID. The main contents are as follows:(1) Introduces the theory,purpose and significance of fuzzy immune PID control system in the Offshore platform drilling rig module, and elaborate related research at home and abroad.(2)The advantages and disadvantages of PID control, immune feedback control,fuzzy control are respectively introduced. Then the following conclusions: fuzzy immune PID control is set in one of the three advantages for the intelligent control of nonlinear systems.(3) To rig regulator and speed tracking control system as an example, introduces fuzzy immune PID control in the Offshore platform drilling rig module system, and establishs the appropriate model for simulation analysis.(4)By analyzing the results to illustrate the superiority of the fuzzy immune PID in the rig regulator and speed tracking control. And prospect its broad application prospects.
