Shanxi is rich in coal resources, Shanxi coal industry is a pillar industry in national economic development.Howerve, Shanxi coal mine water system in emissions of about 1.28 billion Cubic meters, if water directly emissions,will be on the ecological environment caused irreparable losses.The author firstly analyzed Shanxi Xishan Coal Mine in the chemical composition of water and determined Xishan Coal Mine in the clear water quality characteristics to determine the area of the mine water treatment and the use of chemicals.Through access to a large amount of mine water treatment and control of the literature,proposed PID controller based on fuzzy mine water Automatic Dosing single-loop control system structure and Cascade loop control system architecture.This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of PID controller and fuzzy controller, considering them interact and supplement each other's advantages. So specific methods using fuzzy self-tuning PID controller that enable controller can light of the actual situation and adjust the three parameters of k_p,k_i,k_d fuzzy self-tuning PID control methodText used MATLAB / SIMULINK software, the first single-loop control system for a PID control and fuzzy-PID control simulation of the control performance.Simulation results show that the parameters of fuzzy self-tuning PID control can be realized regulating short time, overshoot zero, zero steady-state error, and so very good indicator. However, because single-loop control system only in specific process conditions to guarantee the coagulant dosage of the best dosage and quantity. Therefore precipitation will be introduced after the water turbidity single-loop control system, a cascade control system. Using MATLAB / SIMULINK software, Cascade PID control, Cascade fuzzy self-tuning PID control of the Control Performance Simulation. The results showed that the control of the complex process of Cascade fuzzy self-tuning PID adjustment can be achieved short time, small overshoot, the rapid adjustment and the ability to resist a strong disturbance. So the system has excellent control precision and stability, thereby improving the dynamic quality of the entire system.In the paper, MSP430F1611 is used as controller, YK-YL-CN is used as turbidity sensor, and ADS1110 is used as A/D converter, because of it's precision being high and anti-interference ability being strong. Man- machine circuit is composed of buttons, LED and warning unit, etc. While the hardware circuit is designed, the corresponding procedure flow chart is also designed.
