In this paper, we study the basic features of dynamical small world network introduced by Saramaki and Kaski. And then, we consider the SIR and SIS model on it. For SIR model, we have learned the relationship between the spread of disease with the dissemination speed λ=λ/δ and the rate p of long-range links. At the same time, we got the density of the infected state when it becomes steady. For SIS model, the probability of long-range links in this particular network is closely related to the spread of the disease.
