Jining District Wulanchabu city government is located, with the increase of Wulanchabu City, population growth, the scale of cities expand, people's living standards and increasing industrial enterprises, the area of agricultural and industrial water and domestic water had become increasingly strained. The main purpose of this paper is to roughly identified Jining District in the eastern part of the Neogene and Paleogene clastic fracture water and the basalt fissure and pore water bearing aquifer hydrogeological conditions delineated rich water lots. Approximate evaluation of groundwater resources in lots of water rich, study of the Neogene, the Paleogene aquifer as the possibility of Jining district water supply, for the next step work provides the basis. Through data collection, hydrogeological mapping, hydrogeological drilling and pumping test, rock ore testing, engineering measurement etc. work out the workspace clastic fracture water and basalt fissure and pore water aquifer lithology, thickness, burial depth, distribution etc. conditions, to identify the work of groundwater recharge, runoff and discharge conditions, the delineation of the rich water section, and has carried on the brief evaluation. The water rich area of inland water natural recharge for the 1142.14×104m3/a, main source in atmospheric precipitation recharge and groundwater runoff inflow recharge. Groundwater consumption is 1181.16×104m3/a, mainly for the amount of artificial exploitation and groundwater runoff. Work area groundwater volume is limited, should strictly control groundwater exploitation, is strictly prohibited excessive exploitation of groundwater resources, establish and improve the dynamic observation of groundwater system, the dynamic changes of the mining monitoring in the process of water level, water quantity, water quality, for groundwater environment protection and reasonable utilization to provide a scientific basis.
