The groundwater is the main source of water supply in northwest Anhui,it plays an important role in supporting the life of urban and rural residents,the development of economy and the maintenance of ecological balance.In recent years,many problems exist in the exploitation and utilization of the resources of groundwater,these problems have been a serious threat of the sustainable utilization of water resources.Therefore it is urgent to carry out research on control technology of groundwater in northwest Anhui.This paper is carried out by the logic of“Analysis on development and utilization of groundwater—Division of groundwater overdraft area —The research on groundwater control index — management scheme of the development and utilization of the groundwater ”.By the mains of taking northwest Anhui as the study area,shallow groundwater,deep confined water as the research object,using the series of dynamic data of the region stations and groundwater monitoring station,combined with regional social economic data,data analysis,model calculation.The main contents of this thesis are summarized as follows:1?The study on groundwater overdraft situation and division in the Northwest Anhui plain(1)According to the current situation of groundwater exploitation and utilization,the groundwater dynamics method,recoverable coefficient and cause problems are used to dividing the overdraft zone of Northwest Anhui plain shallow groundwater.And the shallow groundwater of whole northwest areas has no overdraft zone.(2)The groundwater dynamics method and cause problems are used to dividing the overdraft zone of Northwest Anhui plain deep confined water,and finally it is divided over 21 mining area.(3)I initially propose groundwater limit adopting programs and management measures.2?The study on control indicators in the Northwest Anhui plainBased on groundwater overdraft area in the Northwest Anhui plain,it systematically constructed three control indicators including Control of total groundwater excavation,groundwater levels and groundwater quality.(1)Allocation of water resources and alternative water conditions reasonably determined the total amount of groundwater exploitation control.Amount of shallow groundwater exploitation control was 1.471 billion m3 in 2020 and 1.567 billion m3 in 2030.(2)Partial least squares method was used to determine the groundwater level.The shallow groundwater level suitable depth could be determined as 2.0-3.0 meter in the northwest Yellow River flood plain.The shallow groundwater suitable depth could be determined for the 1.0-2.0 meter in the plain area of South-central black sand area.The overdraft zone of deep confined water suitable depth could be determined for the 50 meter in the western.(3)Protecting the functional area water quality was the water quality control targets.3?The control management programs in the Northwest Anhui plain(1)The shallow groundwater exploitation should be properly controlled.The total annual exploitation is not to exceed its multi-year average recoverable amount which is appropriate.(2)Deep confined water extraction should be done "increases and decreases".The overdraft area especially over exploited required a gradual reduction in exploitation.(3)DRASTIC method was used to assess the groundwater pollution risk.It found that groundwater overall contamination risk is higher in the Northwest Anhui plain.The northeast area,as well as the area along the Huaihe River in Bengbu City,need a key protection and prevent the groundwater contamination.This paper provides scientific basis for the control of groundwater in the Northwest Anhui plain.
